Refund policy

Because every item is printed on demand and made specifically for you, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, we stand behind our product quality 100%.

We Will Replace or Refund If:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective (misprint, ink issues, wrong color)
- You received the wrong item or size
- Your item is significantly different from what was shown on the product page

How to File a Claim:
1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number
3. Attach a clear photo showing the issue
4. We'll review and respond within 48 hours

Once approved, you choose: free replacement or full refund.

We Cannot Accept Returns For:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Sizing issues (please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering)
- Color differences due to monitor/screen settings
- Items that have been washed, worn, or altered

Cancellations:
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, your item enters production and cannot be stopped.
