Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to love your gear. If you're not satisfied, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed item with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@garbagetimeco.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a shipping address.
  3. Ship the item back (customer is responsible for return shipping costs).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or send your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? Email us at support@garbagetimeco.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
  • Items returned after 30 days
